No. 1 Kansas out last Nebraska 75-64 in a game that was tighter than the score read. Upset of the day the Georgetown team with the record of (17-5, 7-4) beat No. 2 Villanova (20-2, 9-1) 103-90. Former No.1 and now No. 3 Kentucky walk into LSU with DeMarcus Cousin double double and blow them out 81-55. Another upset on Saturday that tighten the Big Ten up was Illinois (16-8, 8-3) beating Michigan State (19-5, 9-2). The Big Ten now stand with Michigan State ahead of Wisconsin, Illionois, Purdue, and Ohio State all with 8-3 record one game behind Michigan State. Today the Buckeyes beat the Hawkeyes 68-58 with 32 points from Evan Turner. No. 6 West Virginia on Saturday out played St. John 79-60. No. 9 Duke had a tough game with Boston College only winning by 3, 66-63. Once No. 1 Texas, now at No. 10 was beaten by Oklahoma, 80-71. One of the big 3 of the Big 12 Kansas State down Iowa State 79-75. UNLV not rank this week and they have a 19-4 record, they beat BYU 88-74, BYU was No. 12 and 22-3. No. 13 Gonzaga showing why they have that ranking topping Memphis 66-58. No. 16 Wisconsin one of the four teams one game behind Michigan State in the Big Ten beat Michigan 62-44. 12 12 down and gone.
