U Conn making a last run

Kemba Walker scored 21 points to lead U Conn to a 73-62 victory over West Virginia to put their record to 17-11 try for 20 win for the NCAA. Connecticut has won three straight games for the first time since late December. Connecticut has beaten West Virginia 9 out of the last 11 games. West Virginia is 2-3 in there last 5 games after a 6 games winning streak. Kansas has won the Big 12 for the 6 year in a row and still they are the No.1 team in the country. Kansas has won 58 straight home games and 13 in a row after it first lost of the year. Villanova fell to Connecticut and Pittsburgh last week to drop from 3 to 8 in the polls this week. Kansas still No. 1 (26-1) and Kentucky also have a (26-1) is at No. 2. The leader of the Big Ten Purdue check in this week at No. 3 with (23-3). Syracuse No. 4 (25-2) looking for a No.1 seed come March Madness. Duke rounds out the top 5 with (23-4). No. 6 Kansas State (22-4) when the Big 12 tourney comes around they could give Kansas a run for the Championship. Ohio State and Butler moved up to the top 10, Ohio State at No. 9 (21-7) and Butler at No. 10 (25-4). Butler beat Ohio State earlier this season when Evan Turner was out. 12 12 down and gone.
